2. Are the medications/products the same quality?
Yes, many of the drugs sold in Canada are the same, even though they might be marketed under a different name and look different. Canada has set very high standards for the pharmaceutical industry to ensure that all medications, Generics and Brand names alike, are safe and effective. Typically, we can provide up to a 90-day supply of your initial prescription or refill medication with no restrictions on the number of prescriptions.
3. Do you offer all medications?
No, not all medications are available in Canada. Also, we do not sell any narcotics, controlled substances or habit-forming drugs.
4. What countries do you ship medications to?
"We ship to all countries world wide. Most packages cost $15.00 US to deliver, however the shipping may be more depending location and special delivery services."

6. How long will it take to process and mail my prescription?
Pet Medicine Company endeavors to process your order within 3-5 business days (after we receive all necessary documentation including your valid prescription from a duly licensed medical practitioner), plus 5 to 10 days for shipping. Once you order has been shipped we will email you with a Tracking Number.

7. Can you fill prescriptions from my doctor?
Yes, we can fill your prescription after it has been reviewed and accepted by our medical staff.
8. Why is it cheaper to order 90-day supply than 30-day supply?
Generally, we are able to offer increased savings for larger volumes purchased.
9. What forms of payments do you accept?
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
CHECKS: We accept Certified Checks and Money Orders/Drafts in Funds made payable to Pet Medicine Company.
For your convenience we also accept personal checks however, you must agree to an electronic debit in order to expedite the processing of your order. Please note all Non-Sufficient Fund returned items incur a fee $25.00US.
10. Do you accept Health Insurance Plans?
We provide you an official receipt for your reimbursement purposes. We do not accept health insurance drug benefits directly.
